It is Friday night, and after another long weak of fixing procurement in the Federal Government, it is time for another episode of "Agile Acquisitions & Alcohol." In this episode I discuss Who's Who in Government Acquisitions. It is critical to know who are the different players and what there roles are, in this video blog I identify the key stakeholders and where their authority is established. I also identify two key roles for agile programs that are not traditionally found in the Federal Government.
